Shopify, Klaviyo, Loop and Trustpilot
BubbleSMS works with the apps you already run. We only ask for what each flow needs. Settings › Integrations shows where each one stands for your store.
Shopify
Required. Your catalog, orders, customers and SMS consent, and the single-use discount codes the assistant sends. Shopify connects when you install. See Installing BubbleSMS for exactly what we can see and why.
On Settings › Integrations it shows Connected, Reconnect needed (open BubbleSMS from Apps in your Shopify admin to fix it), Removed (the app was uninstalled) or Not connected.
Trustpilot
Where happy customers leave a review. To connect it, add your review link:
- Go to Settings › Texting rules, or click Add link on Settings › Integrations.
- Under Where reviews go, click Add link and paste your Trustpilot review link.
- Our team reviews the change (it shows In review), then Connected shows and the assistant starts sending it.

Coming soon
These aren’t available yet. They show as Coming soon on Settings › Integrations:
- Loop: for subscription recovery, so failed renewals and cancellations start a conversation.
- Klaviyo: keeps SMS consent in step with Klaviyo and lets Klaviyo events start a conversation.
- Recharge, Gorgias, Okendo, Yotpo and consent import from other texting tools.
