Facts and sample messages
4 minYour assistant may only state things it can check: your store data, and the Facts the assistant may state in your brand profile.
Writing good facts
Facts come in three types: Shipping, Returns and Other. Click Add a fact and write it the way you’d want it said:
- “Orders before 2 PM Eastern ship the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.”
- “Returns are free within 30 days if the product is unopened.”
- “All our candles are made in small batches in Ohio.”
One fact per line, plain and specific. Avoid “usually” unless you mean it.
No fact, no guess
Anything not covered gets “let me check with the team”, and the conversation comes to you. That’s by design. When the same question keeps coming to you, add the answer as a fact.
Sample messages
The Sample messages card shows what your assistant would send in each flow: Post-purchase, Abandoned cart and Review request. Read them like a customer would:
- Would you reply to this?
- Does it sound like your brand?
- Is every claim true?
If something’s off, change your voice, words or facts, not the sample itself. The samples are written from those.
Send for review
Every change goes through Send for review. Our team checks it, and your assistant keeps the approved version until then.
