Before your first text
3 minBetween setup and your first text, three things happen: we read your store, we write your assistant’s voice and flows, and a person on our team reviews all of it. Nothing goes to a customer before that review.
That waiting time is the best moment to look at what your assistant will rely on.
Read your brand profile
Open Settings › Brand profile. The most important card is Facts the assistant may state: shipping times, returns, anything a customer might ask. Your assistant answers only from these facts and your store data. If a fact is missing, it doesn’t guess. It hands the conversation to your team, like the example below.
A missing fact isn’t a disaster, it’s just slower. Each fact you add is one less handoff later.
Three quick settings
- Your assistant’s name in Settings › Store. It introduces itself as “[name] from the [your brand] team”.
- Where reviews go in Settings › Texting rules. Add your review link now, so happy customers get it from day one.
- Support handoff email, on the same page. The inbox for conversations the assistant hands over.
Changes to your brand profile, your assistant’s name and your review link go to our team for review. Your assistant keeps the approved version until then.
What you can leave alone
Timing defaults are a sensible start: abandoned cart after 1 hour, post-purchase after 10 minutes, review requests 3 days after the order is delivered. You’ll tune them in lesson 3, once you’ve seen real replies.
