We built the texting we wanted as store owners.

We run Shopify brands ourselves. SMS blasts got cheaper to send and easier to ignore, and the best sales still came from someone actually talking to a customer.

So we built an assistant that does that: asks one question, listens, answers from real store data, and hands off to a person when it should. It runs on iMessage because that's where people actually read.

We used it on our own brands and clients first. It only goes public once it's earned its keep there.
