Subprocessors
The short version
- These are the kinds of providers that help us run BubbleSMS and may process your customers’ data for us.
- Each one is bound by a written contract that protects the data at least as well as our Data Processing Addendum.
- All of them process data in the United States, except network security, which works worldwide.
- We tell clients at least 30 days before we add a new category or start processing data outside the United States.

How we choose and manage them
Before a provider handles your customers’ data, we check its security and privacy practices and sign a contract with it that limits its use of the data to providing its service to us. AI model providers may not use the data to train their models.
Changes
We notify clients by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before we add a new category of subprocessor or begin processing data outside the United States. Clients can object as described in section 8 of our Data Processing Addendum.
